The Wilson 13" fitted Chest Protector by West Vest. Designed by Major League Umpire Joe West for use in amateur baseball. Not suggested for anything higher than High School level play. Available in Charcoal. Similar features as the A3209 chest protector.
The Wilson West Vest MLB Professional Umpire chest protector provides excellent umpire protection. The West Vest uses open cell foam for comfort and performance and is nylon lined. Wilson's Professional baseball umpire chest  has a patented adjustable breastplate for optimal fit, Velcro padding for easier maintenance, an added shoulder plate for protection and stitched plastic for durability. The interconnecting plates allow you to change the size of the protector by just reconfiguring the plates. The West Vest Gold Umpire Chest Protector was introduced in the 1992 World Series as the first hard shell protector ever used in a World Series event and to this day it's design is worn by more Major League Umpires than any other protector.  Developed by Major League umpire Joe West, manufactured for maximum protection!
